Automated Material Handling Solutions
The high demands for product sterility, and personnel safety, are met by the application of automated material handling systems. Tuttnauer offers a product range of automated material handling systems, from a simple loading push/pull system, to highly automated solutions. Proven production operation and years of experience have led to the design of safe, dependable, high throughput, material handling equipment.The loading automation development was designed side by side with our sterilization systems. This close relationship ensures that material handling is not just an after thought, but an essential component in the layout anddesign of your facility.
Shredder
Along with the autoclave, Tuttnauer also offers a custom engineered shredder for the efficient disposal of “sharps”and "red bags" after sterilization. The shredder comes with a heat treated/stress relieved cutting chamber incorporating state of the art reduction technology,automatic knife reversal in overload situations ensures that the waste is rendered unrecognizably safely after shredding, as well as material handling flexibility for the feeding of theshredders by conveyor, bin tipper or by hand.
Air compressor
If pressurized air is not available, Tuttnauer offers a small and very quiet compressor. It is an 115/230V,50/60 Hz, 6l volume compressor with a maximum working pressure of 8.5 bar and a consumption of 105 l/min.
Communication
In order to support long distance servicing, the sterilizer is supplied with a built-in modem. Connection is made using software available from Tuttnauer which offers the (ADMC) Software -Autoclave Documentation Monitoring Control software as an option for a fully PC-controlled communication system. The applications available using the ADMC are:
Controlling and operating the autoclave
Displaying real time data, both numerical and graphic.
Gathering all process information, saving and creating history log files that can also be opened by supporting database software such as Microsoft Access, etc.
Both digital and analog input/output status display.
