Tiva 500 is an efficient aid for the cleaning and the thermal disinfection of all hospital, instruments. A washer of modern concept, designed and constructed in compliance with the guidelines indicated in the new European directive concerning safety and hygiene. Tiva 500MED thermo disinfectors are characterized by the treatment of instruments and glassware for medical establishments and laboratories. It incorporates the processes of washing and disinfecting in one single cycle. Water softener is built-in as standard (drying system is optional).

  • Washing Programs are memorized allowing up to 20 different combinations of programs

The Washers Include the Following Features:

  • Built-in steam condenser and water softener, with powerful washing and drain pump
  • Heating element drying
  • Automatic door locking during all washing cycles
  • Connection to warm, cold and demineralised water
  • 2 detergent and chemical additive dispensers
  • Compartment for storage of chemical additive (only in Tiva 500D)

Thermo-disinfector Manufacturing and Washing System:

  • Our machines are completely manufactured from stainless steel with a double wall for thermo-acoustic insulation.
  • The inside covering, washing arms and filters are all manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316 which is additive chemical proof.
