Sterile Transport Trolley

A modular transport trolley made of aluminum, for transporting sterile items from CSSDs to operating rooms (OR).

  • Sterile Transport Trolley is available as a single or double column trolley
  • Available shelf configurations:

    • D-type ISO 1-2-3: 400 mm x 600 mm (W x D)
    • W-type ISO 1-2: 600 mm x 400 mm (W x D)
  • Equipped with runners for up to 11 basket positions per column that are positioned so that 100 mm or 200 mm high baskets can be stacked in the trolley:

    • Holds 11 baskets with ISO 400 x 600 x 100 mm dimensions
    • Holds 5 baskets with ISO 400 x 600 x 200 mm dimensions
  • The loading capacity is 150 kg per runner pair
  • 4 Castors (2 castors with brakes): Wheel diameter 125 mm (Polypropylene with non-striping thermoplastic rubber tire)
  • Total height of 1900 mm (including castors)

The runners tilt to enable easy loading of baskets/trays and are locked once loaded to prevent baskets/trays from falling out.

Stainless Steel Transfer Baskets

Store wrapped instrument baskets, protecting them from damage. The standard ISO sized baskets fit into the trolley runners.
