The Tiva 500 series washer disinfectors are ideal for medical centers, dental practices and small hospitals for disinfecting a large range of surgical instruments. They are fast and effective making them ideally suited for preparing instruments for sterilization. These washers are specially designed for installations with limited space.

• Washing and disinfection temperatures are fully adjustable up to 93°C
• Temperature controlled by means of two independent PT1000 probes
• Fresh water intake between each phase of the cycle promotes hygiene and better cleaning
• Connections to cold, warm and DI water are standard
• A triple water filtration system captures residues so they are not re-circulated
• Steam condenser prevents condensation from entering the washing area
• Heavy duty self-cleaning water circulation pump ensures rapid flow rate and effective spray pressure

Design And Convenience

• RS-232 printer connection is provided for documenting the washing phases
• Two chemical dosing pumps with the ability to adjust detergent consumption for each cycle (level control). Additional dosing pumps are optional.
• Self-cleaning chamber with rounded edges
• Tiva 500: LED display with 5 adjustable washing programs
• Tiva 500C: LCD display with 20 standard programs and 20 additional custom programs
 

The Tiva 500C Also Includes The Following Additional Features:

• Washing and drying injection system enables direct injection into hollow objects insuring optimal thermal disinfection and drying
• Filtered forced air drying, with adjustable time and temperature settings, helps to ensure complete drying inside and outside of all items in the washing chamber

HIGH QUALITY CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Thermal Disinfection

Thermal disinfection takes place at 93°C with a temperature holding time in compliance with EN ISO 15883. Both temperature and time can be modified to meet the specific requirements of the customer. 
 

Mechanical Cleaning Action

Mechanical action is a vital component of the cleaning process which uses heavy duty wash pumps to ensure high flow rate and effective spray pressure for better and faster cleaning results.

 

Designed To Stay Clean

The washing chamber is designed with smooth edges and corners to ensure a clean chamber surface and prevent dirt build-up.

 

LONG LASTING AND SAFE

Water Quality 

Built-in large capacity water softener for a continuous supply of softened water enhances cleaning effectiveness and prevents build-up of limescale. 
 

Quality Components

Washing chamber, washing arms and filters are made of high quality corrosion proof AISI 316 stainless steel.  Double wall chamber construction and thorough insulation minimize heat loss and electricity consumption.
